Refund Policy for ISO 9001 CONSULTANTS
All sales of digital downloads, including our ISO 9001 documents, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
However, we are committed to your success. We will provide a full refund if any of the following conditions are met:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same document more than once.
- File Error: You are unable to open or download the file due to a technical error on our end. In this case, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a new download link. If the problem persists, a refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the product has been downloaded.
We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of an audit or your implementation of the documents. The responsibility for a successful audit and proper application of the QMS lies with the user.
